Track a UR transfer by reference: status and receipt help

Use an issued UR transfer reference, distinguish it from an enquiry number or payout code, and prepare a clear support request if the status needs checking.

Use the issued transfer reference

Keep the reference shown in the transfer record or receipt and enter it exactly on the official tracking page. An enquiry request number is not an issued transfer reference. If a reference has not been issued, check your account request record or ask the team which processing stage it has reached.

Keep the reference separate from the payout code

A reference helps locate the record; a payout code, where provided, is private to the beneficiary. Do not publish receipts exposing that code, identity records or account details. Tracking may show a partially masked name for privacy. Use your account and official support channels to review further details.

If no result appears or updates take time

Compare every character with the receipt and confirm that you are tracking an issued transfer. A missing result alone proves neither success nor failure. Keep the displayed message and time of your check, then contact UR with the reference, service and countries. Do not pay again or create a duplicate transfer because a screen is empty.

Prepare a clear support enquiry

Provide the reference, service, request date and issue, such as a delayed payout or required correction. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. A status label alone does not guarantee a delivery time; the team can explain how document review, bank hours or payout availability affect your request.

Your enquiry checklist

  • Issued transfer reference from the receipt or account
  • Service name and request date
  • Status or error message and when it appeared
  • Receipt images with payout codes and sensitive data concealed
