Start with the beneficiary city and district; Syria alone does not identify the delivery point. The network directory contains multiple records whose details and availability may change. Select a point and ask UR to confirm its address, telephone and status before the recipient visits. An approved-for-delivery label differs from a record awaiting operational confirmation.
The Homs office and its hours
When the Homs Al-Hadara office is approved and available, it appears in the office list below with its recorded address and telephone. Check its office page for published hours and the last verification date, if recorded. If no approved office appears, contact the team to confirm an alternative; a delivery-network listing alone is not enough to issue a transfer to it.
Payout currency and beneficiary details
Ask which currency the recipient will receive and the net amount; do not assume the sending currency is the payout currency.
